MOUSAKAS - GREEK FOOD

Prepare first minced

Chop the tomatoes, onions and garlic. In a skillet, saute the ground beef in olive oil over low heat pressing it with the spoon. Add onions, garlic and then tomatoes. Put salt and pepper, 5 grains allspice, cinnamon and a little grated clove and a little grated. Add a little water (1 glass of wine). You do not need much water, will remove broth alone. Leave it to drink the broth at low heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. If we add more red tomato paste 1 tsp.

Furthermore, peel the potatoes and eggplants. Cut the potatoes in round slices with salt and fry in a pan with olive oil. Then salt and fry the eggplant over low heat turning on both sides.

Take a medium pan, poured the fried potatoes, sprinkle over some grated cheese, and poured over the aubergines. Add more grated cheese and then poured the mince.

Now we make the bechamel:

Place in a pot of milk to burn. In another saucepan put the butter and heat until melted and pour slowly stirring the flour to bind the flour with butter and warm thoroughly. Then add hot milk and a little bit, stirring constantly until boil. Sprinkle with salt and a little grated nutmeg, and continue to mix the bechamel always on low heat until a smooth cream.

We are almost ready. With a ladle, pour the bechamel sauce in the pan (if we put over and cheese grated) and bake at 200 degrees for one hour or, as our oven up to see that the bechamel is golden brown.

The moussaka is ready! Bon appetit!.
